Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. As a teenager She was awarded her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. She became the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card to complete college. In 2015 she continued her path from last year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. In 2009 she won four more health titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she came in third. In summer 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very proud of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. First, she warms up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way feasible. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, and another days heavy weight.
